so the other day, i got into some trouble. not like law trouble. nothing serious. i'm just being vague about it but trouble nonetheless. it really made me think about how anything can happen at any time in your life. you think you're so prepared for what's going to hit you but you're not. it seriously made me reconsider a lot of choices i've made and i would make in the future. life is so so so short. it just sucks that it takes an event to remind you of that. we should think and act like that every day of our lives.

i love this cover of the classic beatles' song, "blackbird." i've been listening to a lot of jhameel for the past couple months, and i'd forgotten to write this blog post about him. jhameel is an up-and-coming indie artist. check out his music! a few of my fave tracks are "collision," "the human condition," and "love me twice." he's korean but can speak several languages, one of them being arabic! cool, eh? he also gives out his music for free because he believes that digital music should be free. but  you can support him through donations and buying his physical albums. what a cool guy! i'd definitely go to his concert if he came to the east coast. :)

fall break 2010

hey everyone! i sincerely apologize for not updating as often as i used to. i've been getting some complaints about the dearth of posts on this blog, haha. i will try to update more often! i've been really busy with helping out froyolo. the grand opening is this friday and i am super stoked! hope everyone can come out and support us! this weekend was fall break and it was wonderfulllllllllll. just getting away from everything, being able to really relax, and enjoy good food and company was just the refreshment i needed! here's my fall break:
