group project

God continues to amaze me every day. today, i had a chance to share testimonies with a fellow brother, and i was really encouraged by his story. i guess we have somewhat similar struggles and just the way that God works in his life is incredible. i am really inspired by the different ways that God works in people's lives. he has this gift of seeing analogies in everyday happenings that mirror the actual realities of our struggles as Christians in this world. it's super cool gift from God! my friend told me this analogy that he thought of when he was working in a group project. he happened to be stuck in a group where he was the only person working and doing everything for their project. he had been working very hard for 2 weeks when one of the other group members finally came up to him out of sympathy and asked, "dude, you've been working so hard. is there anything i can do for you?" so often we forget to do our part in God's will for us. we are assigned this "project" and God is doing all of the work. one of my biggest prayers to God is for Him to use me. i want to be able to approach God and sincerely ask him what i can do to further His kingdom. i just wanted to share this with you guys. hope everyone's weeks are going well! i've been coming down with some cold symptoms and have been slightly sick with some kind of stomach virus? pray for me please! thank youuuuu~
