welcome back?
guess i'm starting up this blog again. need a place to vomit all my thoughts onto at 7 in the morning. i guess this is actually me procrastinating on my lab report, haha. well at least it's my last lab report i'll ever do. ever. ever. ever. i'm watching the sun rise. i have senioritis. bad.
life has definitely changed over the past 7 months. i feel like i've become a totally new person. new outlook on life, new friends, new future goals, new hobbies, new pleasantries. everything is changing. life is just this dynamic and insane time line of mistakes, lessons, joys, misfortunes. you are learning and becoming a new person every day. what angers me is that people are still hung up on the past. i just think it's hilarious that everyone thinks i'm the same person i was years ago. like seriously, are you still talking about that? move on, please.
i will admit. there are a lot of things i did in the past that make me cringe or face-palm myself. but i'm still learning. and you gotta let me learn. this sounds cliché as hell but my past has made me who i am. ha... that made me cringe.
i guess i'm just...thankful. to all my lovers and haters, thanks for all your support and shit-talking. i am who i am. but seriously, peace, love, respect to everyone no matter who you are. we're all struggling.
xx

step back and watch
do you ever feel so insignificant in this world? not in a negative way, but in actuality. the universe is magnificently gigantic. it's beautiful. we think our homes, our schools, our churches, our communities, our cities are the extent of our lives. there's so much more out there--much much much more. i want to discover it all. yet, in the magnanimity of the universe, there is intricacy. the complexity of life never ceases to amaze me. God must have all the time in the world or infinite patience, to put so much detail into everything. and you know what's even more amazing? God really does have all the time in the world and he does have infinite patience. God, someone so awesomely wonderful, is willing to take the time into molding you into who you are. though there are imperfections, the almighty God made you. He made a plan for you.
we are so small and God, You are so big.
when time allows, i'm able to step back and appreciate all the things i have. i am so blessed. i thank God each and every day. today i learned, in the large magnitude of the world, the little things are the things that matter. i am able to see intentions. and amidst the hurt, evil, disappointment, the world is beautiful. God, your creation is admirable.
love, love, love is all the world needs. i truly believe that love is the thing that keeps this world running.
