happy 100th post

yay! one hundred posts already?! it's only been a few months, haha. anyway, sorry for not posting for a long time. im so tired after i get back from work every day so i just pass out. but i seriously have a long list of things to blog about. i just never get to it! so uh, this might be a long one. ehehe. so i shall first indulge you with food pictures, heeeeheee :)

i have finally perfected my fresh fruit cheesecake pastry recipe!

cut puff pastry sheet into little pieces, flatten out, and place on pan. 

cheesecake filling: cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 6 tbsp sugar

dollop of cheesecake filling on each puff pastry and bake in oven until brown at 350 degrees.

take out and cool. top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries!

glaze is optional. i only glaze them if i have time or when i'm not lazy.

so easy to make and very very good (just ask my FG). try it out! :)

oof, i made watermelon and kiwi sorbet the other day too but i didnt have a chance to take a picture of them :( they were so pretty, too. oh well, i must make it again then! and you should listen to music while you cook! here's a list of my current repeated playlist:

jina and i went thrifting the other day! we went to this amazzzzinggg store in chamblee. took us a few wrong turns to find it but it was so worth it. plus i bought my first vintage vinyls at this store! fleetwood mac, blondie, and abba. then i was at the music store in DM other day after watching toy story 3, which was sooooo good btw (i cried twice), and i bought a few more vintage vinyls: frank sinatra, the mama's and the papa's, eric clapton, and the beach boys. i was going to buy the beatles abbey road and michael jackson thriller vinyls but i figured i'd get them next time. but guess what?! i went home and showed my mom my records and she showed me her secret collection that she'd been hiding from me forever -_- she already had 2 of the vinyls that i was about to buy! and even more! carpenters, madonna, more abba, more beatles. man, my mom is so hip and has great taste in music, hehe. andddd i also bought a brand spankin new LADY GAGA vinyl. yes yes yes! i am not joking! it is beautiful :) i figured that i can't really go to the lady gaga concert in april because it's wayyyy too expensive so this is my treat to myself. ehehe, i treat myself too well. i should be my own boyfriend, HAHA.....yeah, just kidding. man, i love my vintage vinyls. i shall post pictures of all of them later!
