you know how blog is short for web log and vlog is short for video log? i wonder if flog is okay to say for food log. sounds mildly painful but what other acronym could it be? anyway, food lovers! you guys are going to love this blog post. wahoo! snapped a few pictures of what i've been making and eating lately.

homemade pineapple hot sauce, hoisin peanut paste, & mango hot sauce!

corned beef, provolone, mushrooms, cucumber, spring baby greens,
chicken salad (chicken breast, corn, almonds, honey, paprika, and pepper)
with sweet german mustard spread on a pressed kaiser roll! yum~

i had white cake mix which i flavored with some instant coffee, Häagen-Dazs
coffee ice cream, and a little bit of hazelnut ground coffee then i made a
coffee-flavored whipped frosting by adding instant coffee and powdered
sugar to a bucket of Cool Whip. try it out, guys! it's super delicious!

YUMS-OHS! the addition of the coffee ice cream made
the cupcake fluffy and super moist! even on the second day!
