i like to rub my arms?

ok, so i have this secret habit that i do when i sleep sometimes. i really dont know WHY i do it... but i rub my arms. when im laying on my back, i stick my arms straight up, take one arm and rub it up and down the other. switch. repeat. WHY DO I HAVE THIS HABIT? i seriously don't know why and how. i have woken up several times in this position. but the way that i find out when i do it is usually through my roommate. i fell asleep really early yesterday because i pulled all-nighter #7 the night before and i'm terribly sick at the moment so i was exhausted. she comes back from the crc and walks into the room finding me doing my weird habit. since she has observed this weird phenomenon several times prior to this, she decided to video record me. she showed me the vid today...i never wanna see it again. i am straight-up creeped out by the way i touch my arms. it is FREAKY. and the fact that i am unaware of this abnormal mannerism that is my own gives me shivers. watching myself was hard, looks like im possessed. i was laughing the first time, but i couldnt even finish watching the second time. i was so creeped out that i decided to do a little research. i have a friend who admitted to doing the same thing in her sleep! maybe it's a medical condition? but no. my research was unfruitful. unfortunately, there is no credible or rational reason. HOWEVER i found a forum where many people have admitted to doing this. WE ARE NOT ALONE, ANGIE! hahaha, but yea... we're weird, lol.

ANYWAYYYYYY, it's SPRING BREAK!
can't wait for PCB
so i can be tan and skinny...-looking... -_-
still need to shed a few more pounds.
lose body fat. tone up.
